Is the Media Builder really free?

Yes. The Media Builder is completely free, with no account and no watermark of ours on your files. You can add up to 200 photos and videos at a time.

Are my photos and videos uploaded anywhere?

No. Your photos and videos are prepared right inside your own web browser and never leave your device. Nothing is uploaded to or stored on our server, and your original files are never changed.

How do I get my photos ready for my online store?

Add your photos, choose Online Store, and click Download All. Each photo becomes a sharp 1600 x 1600 square on a clean white background, without cutting anything off.

Can I add my logo to my photos and videos?

Yes. Turn on Add My Logo, choose your logo, and tap the corner where you would like it to go. You can also add your website or business name, and choose a small, medium or large logo. It is added to every photo and to every moment of every video.

Which videos can I use?

You can add MP4, MOV, M4V, WEBM and MKV videos, including videos from most phones. Finished videos are saved as MP4, which plays almost everywhere. The latest Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox work best.

How long does a video take?

Most short product videos are ready in a few seconds to a minute, depending on the length and the speed of your device. You will see how far along each video is while you wait.

Does it remove my location from photos and videos?

Yes. Your finished files do not include the hidden location, date and camera details that phones often save inside photos and videos. Your original files are left exactly as they were.

Can I shorten my videos or remove the sound?

Yes. Open More Options, then Videos. You can keep only the first 15, 30 or 60 seconds of each video, and remove the sound.

What if I need a different size?

Open More Options and choose any size from the list, or enter your own width and height. You can also choose whether to show the whole photo with space around it, fill the frame by trimming the edges, or keep the original shape.

How do I download everything at once?

Click Download All. All your finished files are saved together in one ZIP folder, which opens with a double-click on a computer or a tap on most phones.
